There are several terraces, a charming courtyard, and a large garden filled with beautiful flowers.
Garden furniture and parasols are available.

- Please note that the stairs have relatively high and uneven steps. Caution is advised.
- Semi-detached but with no overlooking, the house offers complete privacy and a peaceful stay.

- Pool open from April till end of October and heated on request - extra charge 150€. The pool cover helps maintain a comfortable water temperature, although this may still be affected by weather conditions.
- Final cleaning and linen are included in the price.
- Electric vehicle charging point available (€50)

Lovely characterful house well set back from minor road in quiet surroundings. Partly attached to another property but no way overlooked and completely independant. Paid extra fee to have pool heated and well worth it! Footpath to Lacoste short distasee more

Paid extra fee to have pool heated and well worth it! Footpath to Lacoste short distance away. Local hilltop Menerbes village is a gem. Last of summer vegetables welcome addition to cooking and delicious grapes hanging over front door. Having insect screens over each window and outside door was a godsend though the mosquitos wasps etc were not obvious. We particularly thank Lieve for her warm welcome and careful introduction to the house. would definitely return and recommend to others.

Maison agréable, la cuisine extérieure est le vrai plus de cette maison! L’endroit est vraiment prévu pour vivre en extérieur, la piscine est super! Intérieur un peu sombre et nous avons eu quelques soucis de plomberie. Nous aurions apprécié de trouvsee more

You can feel that they put lots of intention into every part of this property. There’s a gorgeous fireplace, a garden, an olive tree grove to meander in-we watched the sunset there. The bedrooms are cozy and the kitchen is heaven. We truly cannot wait to be back to the most peaceful place on earth. Perfect location to all of the villages and vineyards. Truly a special place. Merci!!!!

Wir waren für eine Woche mit zwei Familien in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz, ist sehr gemütlich, perfekt ausgestattet und der Pool und Garten sind großartig. Durch das Heizen konnten wir sogar im April jeden Tag den Pool nutzen und der Garten ist voller wunderschöner Blumen und duftenden Kräuter. Bei Fragen oder kleineren Problemen hat uns Tatiana umgehend sehr nett geholfen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch, viele schöne Dörfer sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Man kann jeden Tag vieles unternehmen oder auch einfach die Zeit am Haus genießen. Vielen Dank, dass wir zu Gast sein durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder! (Octobre 2025) |
