The accommodation capacity is 10 people, offering four air-conditioned bedrooms as well as an independent studio, all carefully furnished to guarantee privacy and serenity for each guest.
The interior of the villa, decorated in a refined bohemian chic style, creates a peaceful atmosphere. The living room, with its impressive ceiling height and bathed in natural light, is the ideal place to relax and share convivial moments.
Outside, a lush landscaped garden, a secure 10x5 metre swimming pool, and several terraces allow you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. A plancha is available for your meals.
The layout of the ground floor bedrooms is as follows:
Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): 160x200 bed, bathroom with WC, mezzanine with desk area, direct access to the outside.
Bedroom 2: 160x200 bed, external access.
Bedroom 3: 160x200 bed, external access.
Bedroom 4: Two 90x200cm beds.
A bathroom and a shower room to be shared between the bedrooms, and 2 WCs.
Studio: Room 5:
The independent air-conditioned studio offers a mezzanine with a 140x200 bed, a shower room and WC, a lounge area and a kitchenette as well as a laundry room.
